Job Description

Job Title: FSL Hybrid Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified FSL Hybrid Teacher to join our team at Holy Rosary. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching FSL to students and contributing to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach FSL to students in a hybrid model, which includes teaching up to 5 blocks of FSL per day and teaching Music and/or Health and/or Visual Arts for the remainder of the blocks for that day.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student success.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold French qualifications.
  • Must be certified to teach in Ontario.
  • Must have experience teaching FSL in a hybrid model.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
