Job Title: Community Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Coordinator to join our team at Sask Entertainment Group. As a Community Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us create a sense of pride and belonging through entertainment and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Events, Entertainment and Community Manager and Game Day & Events Managers to coordinate community initiatives and events.
  • Help set up and teardown community events, ensuring a seamless experience for our fans.
  • Act as a liaison for players, mascots, and promo staff at community events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our fans.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the SEG sports staff to support ticket promotions, sponsorship activations, game day operations, community events, and content creation.
  • Assist in capturing and creating content when attending community events, showcasing the excitement and energy of our fans.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for sports and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to accommodate home games, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to community events.
  • Passionate about sports and general sporting knowledge, with a desire to learn and advance within the sports marketing and events industry.
