We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales through effective merchandising and sales techniques.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales workers to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Accurate: Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with sales workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Effectively communicate with sales workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Organized: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Provides Awareness Training: Educate employees on creating a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Recruits Newcomers and Refugees: Attract and hire newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
- Offers Mentorship Programs: Pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees for mentorship and support.
- Provides Diversity and Cross-Cultural Trainings: Educate employees on creating a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Provides Awareness Training: Educate employees on creating a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides Awareness Training: Educate employees on creating a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Provides Cultural Competency Training: Educate employees on creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Provides Workspace Accommodations: Ensure age-appropriate ergonomic considerations and accessible parking for mature workers.
