Construction Project Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager Lead to join our team at TechnoGénie Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with company targets
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience

This role is based in our head office location in Montreal, Quebec. Candidates must be willing to relocate to this location if selected for an interview.
