Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to contribute to the success of our kitchen team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality food for our guests, working collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of dishes, including our signature Tex-Mex offerings, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our recipes.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with our service staff to ensure that our best products are being prepared and served to our guests.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Physical stamina to remain active and busy throughout your shift.
  • Previous culinary experience is an asset, but not required.
