Data Analyst for Quality and Safety Improvement

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Crestline Coach Ltd, a leading manufacturer of ambulances and commercial buses in Canada. As a key member of our safety and quality department, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform process improvements.

The successful candidate will have relevant certifications in data analysis, safety, and quality assurance, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the safety and quality domains. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Platform, Power Query, SQL, Python, and M-Language is essential, along with experience with data visualization software like Power BI and Vizio.

In this role, you will design and implement effective data collection methods, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and maintain and update databases. You will also perform comprehensive data analysis, utilize statistical tools and software, and develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships as a team member.

In return for your expertise, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in data analysis, safety, and quality assurance (preferred)
