Safety and Quality Data Analyst

Crestline Coach Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Safety and Quality Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective data collection methods to capture relevant safety and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data collection methods to capture safety and quality metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data validation processes.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in safety and quality data.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety and quality performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in data analysis, safety, and quality assurance (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within safety and quality domains.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Platform, Power Query, SQL, Python, and M-Language.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Power BI and Vizio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships as a team member.
