Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Servicer to join our team at Les Sables Compacts inc. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure the smooth operation of our heavy equipment fleet.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing engine oil and lubricating running gears or moving parts of heavy equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed to maintain the integrity of our equipment.
  • Provide on-site services to our customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to heavy equipment and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
  • Judgement and reliability to make sound decisions and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
