Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Servicer to join our team at Les Sables Compacts inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing engine oil and lubricating running gears or moving parts of heavy equipment.
  • Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Provide on-site services to ensure prompt and effective resolution of equipment issues.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy equipment as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Judgement and reliability to make sound decisions and complete tasks independently.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
