About the Role

Viacore Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our rubber products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Quality Control: Inspect and monitor product quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Machine Operation: Safely operate machines and equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in all weather conditions and handle heavy loads.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
