Car Detailer Position at MK Auto Group

We are seeking a skilled Car Detailer to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a Car Detailer with MK Auto Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles receive exceptional cleaning services.

About the Job

This position involves providing top-notch customer service while performing car detailing duties. You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of vehicle appearance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company guidelines and client requests.
  • Operate equipment such as buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other tools to meet service expectations.
  • Use cleaning agents, protective coatings, and restorative products to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
  • Perform minor paint defect removal when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition during inspections.
  • Park and move vehicles safely, deliver vehicles to designated locations, or assist clients as needed.
  • Manage supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and expediting orders.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by adhering to established work standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Car Detailer or similar position for at least one year.
  • A strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • A willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold high standards for service quality.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Relevant training and certifications as a Car Detailer.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract.
