Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and ensuring the office is well-organized.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, adaptability, and a team player.
