About the Role

Responsibilities

  1. Work with companies to educate and drive the Arctic Wolf Networks CyberSOC business value for customers.
  2. Deliver technical presentations and demos with a focus on business requirements.
  3. Create an environment where prospects become customers and customers become evangelists.
  4. Work through obstacles during the sales process, helping customers understand how Arctic Wolf addresses their requirements and concerns.
  5. Represent the voice of Arctic Wolf to customers and represent customer voices to Arctic Wolf.
  6. Assist sales qualification and own technical architecture design.

Requirements

  1. Ability to articulate business application/value of Arctic Wolf technology to all audiences.
  2. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management, and attention to detail.
  3. 'I own the problem AND the solution' attitude.
