About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief OT Infrastructure Services and Cyber Security Strategist to join our team. This role will involve direct client engagement, sales, and soliciting feedback, as well as supporting the VP with team leadership and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICS OT infrastructure operations, testing, support, and maintenance, as well as cyber security monitoring and controls enforcement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategy development and execution planning, providing market and competitor intelligence.
  • Effectively communicate strategic plans and business goals to team members, motivating and empowering them to contribute to the company's success.
  • Work across functions to ensure collaboration and drive labour utilization rates to achieve budgeted revenue and margins.
  • Identify new growth areas and propose innovative offerings that meet existing customer needs and reach new markets.
  • Participate in technical sales activities, prepare proposals, and participate in interviews and presentations.
  • Manage projects, coordinating logistics with clients and stakeholders consistent with project plans to meet deadlines and deliverables, within budget.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience leading projects, people, and client engagement.
  • 10+ years' experience in ICS OT infrastructure operations or related industry.
  • Certifications such as Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Information Systems Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
