Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with supply chain buyers and operations personnel to prepare and execute material orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinate scheduling for orders based on material lead times and arrival dates.
  • Provide updates on material status and open purchase orders, including expediting, tracking, and returns.
  • Support daily warehouse activities, including material reservations, requests, and issuance, shipping, and receiving.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience, typically 7+ years, in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
