The successful candidate will support the global applications engineering team by providing applications and technical support to clients, as well as training and leadership to new Applications Engineering team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in industry standards groups, committees, and organizations to ensure processes and products are cGMP compliant, follow best practices, and are compatible with the regulatory environment required by our pharmaceutical customer base.
  • Establish strategic relationships directly with our customers as a trusted and reliable technical partner.
  • Act as the first line of defence for customer related questions of single-use systems and filtration inquiries as an established subject matter expert (SME) in multiple areas.
  • Prepare and give presentations at industry conferences on a specific topic of their expertise.
  • Participate formally in the AE Mentoring Program, as a Mentor for at least two newer team members.
  • Work directly with Business Development and other relevant teams, such as the Global Finance and Accounting Department, to develop and maintain positive and collaborative technical relationships with clients in their territory and surrounding areas.
