Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will assist and support senior Converting and Press personnel, monitor quality, and perform various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support senior Converting and Press personnel as directed.
  • Monitor quality and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Discard scrap and operate the baler.
  • Conduct and document inspections and testing according to quality plans.
  • Operate a forklift as needed.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Potential candidates will be tested on mechanical aptitudes, and successful candidates may be contacted for an interview.

Preferred Candidates

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working rotating shifts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to lift items of 40 lbs and perform duties involving repetitive stretching motions, stair and ladder climbing, and standing.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and efficiently.
