**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a member of the Customer Service team, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact for visitors arriving in person or those contacting Emmerson Packaging by phone.

**JOB TASKS**:

- Greets visitors; monitors and maintains visitor records.
- Responds to incoming calls, routes calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Performs clerical and administrative duties as required.
- Distributes incoming mail, stamps and prepares outgoing mail for Post Office.
- Prepares outgoing courier packages.
- Orders office stationery and business cards; assists Purchaser as required.
- Acts as point of contact for employees participating in various company social events and programs, as required.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills, must be service-oriented.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Undergraduate degree
- Two (2) years’ experience working in a related field
