About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at 2024730 ALBERTA LTD. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy and well-maintained space.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all items are accounted for.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Basic security clearance is required for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling and other physical demands of the role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position with 2024730 ALBERTA LTD.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week with a regular schedule.
