Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at MA. ISA VIRTUSIO O/A THREEFOLD POWER CLEANING. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various locations, including apartment/condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Work Environment:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be required to work in a variety of environments, including apartment/condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and private residences. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.
