Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Beardmore, Ontario. As a Post Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our postal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail into various classifications
  • Provide customers with information and forms as needed
  • Address delivery and service issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business administration or retail environment
  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts as needed
