**Job Summary**

Dr Leon Msika Medicine Professional is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our medical professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluency in English
  • 40 hours per week
