Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Service Representative to join our team. As a Route Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing our products to customers on a daily basis, building strong relationships with them, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and service products to customers on a daily basis, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a route-based or delivery role.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
