The Wealth Management Associate Program
This is a 5-month salaried program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Provide personalized advice and solutions to clients based on their financial needs and goals.
- Work with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible advice to clients.
Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or equivalent experience.
- Strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role.
- Curious, competitive, and critical thinking skills.
- Sales and relationship-focused mindset.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
