We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive Manager to lead our growing SMB team at Clio. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth through innovative strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.">
  • Lead and coach the SMB Account Executive team to achieve performance goals and sales targets, focusing on mentorship, skill development, and empowerment.">
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business success and growth.">
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to leadership.">
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork among the sales team.">

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Proven success as a top-performing sales professional and team leader with a demonstrated ability to drive team success in a high-velocity, growth environment.">
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, with skills in developing high-performance teams through coaching, regular 1:1s, and targeted training.">
  • A strong understanding of the cloud-based legal software industry, with experience working with similar products or technologies.">
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer satisfaction.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.">
  • A strategic mindset, able to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.">
