Brandt is seeking a Site Management Professional to oversee construction projects in Regina, SK. This role involves coordinating site activities, managing suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site work including repairs, matching, layout, framing, forming, and reinforcing, concrete placement and finishing, equipment operation, site staging, and subtrade preparation.
  • Management and/or self-performed execution of renovation and construction projects.
  • Tool and asset inventory management.
  • Trade scope management.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • Cost tracking of general POs.
  • Time tracking and approvals.
  • Construction project scheduling.
  • Material take-offs and ordering.
  • Property/Facility Management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in property development and property management is required.
  • Journeyman Carpenter Certification Red Seal or higher.
  • Proven training experience with regards to job site safety.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
