Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless property management.
- Ensure lease agreements are met, and contracts for property services are prepared and administered efficiently.
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
- Compile and maintain accurate records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to trouble calls and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependability, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- A permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
