Sales Associate

The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining high standards of Guest Services at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. This role requires generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and meet sales targets
- Conduct housekeeping and maintain a clean store environment
- Merchandise products and maintain visual displays
- Process transactions and handle customer payments
- Prevent loss and maintain store security
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 17
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
