Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-In
Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions, to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
Departure and BillingProcess guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Inventory ManagementMaintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal room utilization and guest satisfaction.
Clerical DutiesPerform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
CommunicationAnswer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guests receive prompt assistance.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while providing excellent guest service.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceWill train.
