Job Title: Sales Supervisor

GS GRANITE OUTLET LTD is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that sales associates are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
