Food Service Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Jamco Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used
- Package take-out food and prepare simple food items
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Criminal record check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week
- Temporary work term
- English language required
