Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Patara Orchards. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our grounds, including lawn care and equipment repair.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a valid driver's license required.
  • You will be working outdoors, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods, so physical stamina is essential.
  • A team player with strong communication skills is required to manage a team of 11-15 people.
Schedule and Work Environment

The work schedule will involve planning and directing grounds maintenance, scheduling events and programs, and resolving work problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care and grounds maintenance, with no degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • 2+ years of experience in lawn care and grounds maintenance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.

The ideal candidate will also have a steel-toed safety boot and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
