We are seeking an expert chemist to train and evaluate AI models for their logic and problem-solving abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for measuring the progress of these AI chatbots and providing diverse chemistry problems to assess their outputs.
Responsibilities- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Develop complex chemistry problems for AI chatbots to solve
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of chemistry, including formulation, analytical, and chemical engineering principles. A Master's or PhD degree is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential, as well as attention to detail and proficiency in inductive and deductive reasoning.
