Job Title: Food Service SupervisorJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service team at Tim Hortons. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Food Service Staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire, motivate, and evaluate food service staff
  • Ensure Quality Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and quality standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Operational Management
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Client Focus
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure timely and efficient service to customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
