About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch home comfort solutions to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential customers.
  • Conduct general and specialized inspections of appliances and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on proper care and maintenance of their home comfort systems.
  • Explain the value of Reliance's products and services to customers and promote our brand.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements

  • A valid Gas ticket, Journeyman, or Red Seal license.
  • Experience with air conditioning systems is an asset.
  • A Class 5 driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including occasional lifting of 25 kg and working in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
