Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC equipment, installing new systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing systems
  • Install new HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning units, ductwork, and vents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems
  • Physical ability to work from heights or small crawl spaces
