Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional nursing care in a dynamic environment at RhynoCare.

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Nursing Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and physician's orders.
  • Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure high-quality care in assigned home areas.
  • Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Manage drug and narcotics supplies, adhering to protocols on assigned shifts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
