About the Role

Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
