**Job Summary:


We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 per year for this permanent position. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our commercial transport trucks.


**Key Responsibilities:*



  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements;
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems;
  • Repair or replace parts and components as needed, using manufacturer's specifications;
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.

**Requirements:**


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in heavy-duty vehicle repair and maintenance. You should also have a solid understanding of commercial transport truck systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
