Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Senior GAML Testing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our AML/ATF Controls team, you will be responsible for conducting design and operating effectiveness testing of AML/ATF controls within our business lines and operational units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent testing of AML/ATF controls within our business lines and operational units.
  • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and attributes to ensure effective testing.
  • Lead the communication and reporting process with stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Oversee and review the work of supporting analysts.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of risk management and control within our organization.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in AML/ATF and/or control testing roles.
  • CAMS designation preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of testing standards, systems, procedures, laws, rules, regulations, reporting, and controls.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working with business units, GAML advisory, senior management, and business partners at all levels.
