Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
At SV 3 Telecom Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Basic security clearance and own transportation.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Personal Suitability:
- Accurate and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
