Job Title: Food Product Testers Supervisor

Neopolitan Pizza Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Product Testers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance protocols to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and supervise staff on food safety and quality assurance procedures, including safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of food safety and quality assurance activities, including training and audit results.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on food safety and quality assurance matters.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as food science or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a food safety and quality assurance role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
