Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ventura Foods. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
