As a key member of Ontario Inc., we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our food service department.

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can establish effective work schedules, supervise and coordinate staff activities, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, sales, and repairs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
