Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Truckandcar. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure seamless communication.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, including customer information and sales data.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
  • Time management skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
