Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Truckandcar. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
  • English language proficiency required.
