Asphalt Inspector and Quantity Technician

Our Horizontal Infrastructure (HI) Business Unit has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, and we are looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Asphalt Inspectors and Quantity Technicians.
This temporary contract position will be based in Alberta, with potential locations in Oyen/Empress, Mulhurst/Warburg, Elk Point/Myrnam, or Wainwright. As an Asphalt Inspector and Quantity Technician, you will be responsible for accurately recording the weight of loaded asphalt trucks at the asphalt plant or by the paver. You will also maintain running totals of asphalt quantities, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and reliable data.
We are seeking candidates with previous construction experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required. This role involves working on weekends, as needed, so flexibility is essential.
