About the Job

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate will work 30-40 hours per week, providing excellent service to our clients while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a similar role, with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You should possess good communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work in various weather conditions. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians in moving tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Hold stakes during surveying activities to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by senior staff.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Area of Work Experience

The selected candidate will have experience in:

  • Installation: Installing new HVAC systems and components.
  • Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining existing systems to prevent breakdowns.
  • Repair: Identifying and repairing faults in HVAC systems.
  • Warehouse: Storing and managing inventory of parts and supplies.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires:

  • Physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
  • A combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload.
