About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding and Exterior Expert to join our team at BSK Exterior Ltd. as a Prefabricated Products Installer. As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their integrity and extend their lifespan.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a physically demanding environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Handle heavy loads and equipment with care and precision.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Work a standard 40-hour week with regular breaks and time off.
  • Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and customers.
