Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer (Electronics) to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will work closely with leading technology companies to define and implement the latest trends in power amplifier design. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of our test systems and ensuring their seamless integration with our customers' products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop test systems for characterizing active RF devices, with a focus on power amplifier design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test systems with our customers' products
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in RF device characterization, power electronics, and analog/digital circuit design
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our test systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF device characterization, power electronics, or analog/digital circuit design
- Strong technical expertise in programming measurement instruments (Visa standard, SPCI commands), surface mount soldering, and power electronics (MOSFET, switching circuits)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
